    Thanks, they are made of Oak (the light wood), Wenge (the dark wood), Briar (red wood)

    Regarding tampers, is the goal to make it a diameter that covers most of the inside of the bowl?, or smaller to allow for movement and various retamping locations around the inside of the bowl?

    My opinion would be smaller. But some might say the other.

    I like them to be close to the size of the bowl. Two of mine are not wide at all, but are perfect for my mini meer and my MM Pony. I suppose it comes down to the bowl size of your pipes and personal preference.
