I get that now and then. I usually exclaim, if I move any slower I'll be walking backwards! It seems to appear soon after I've signed on, or if I take a while doing an edit. Sometimes it will eat the draft. Other times the post shows up just fine.

I believe it is a purpose built function to stop spam and rapid posting. I may be wrong.

I've gotten it a few times. Happens when you click the "Send Post" button but the page doesn't reload immediately with your newly posted content and you hit the button again.

If you get the “Slow Down” message, you probably double clicked the post button.
I love this forum because it’s very lightweight, new forums are usually full of Javascript stuff that is broken for me 99% of the time, because I actually practice safe browsing and don’t allow scripts unless I absolutely have to.
