1980 Peterson's Sterling Silver Spigot shape 314. A lot of work by yours truly went into cleaning this pipe.

I have to give a hearty thank you from the bottom of my heart to Tobaccopipes.com for allowing me to achieve my bucketlister pipe: Amber stemmed Pete Spigot.

That 30% Black Friday sale made it possible.

From eBay, this Galway Pete w/9mm filter; the shape is a 106.
Peterson author/expert Mark Irwin says: "Short window: 1986-87. I was confusing it a minute ago w/its Italian cousin, the 2nd issue Kapp-Royal, that looks almost identical."
I'll fire it up this afternoon while watching Army v. Navy.

As much as I love Petersons, I just don't comment enough in this thread. Some lovely pipes have been posted recently.

Congrats on that amber stem, Wyfbane!

Snowyowl, your 106 is lovely as well. I normally prefer at least a little bend in my pipes, but the 106 is one of the few straight shapes that are exceptions. I absolutely love them.

Both of you, enjoy the heck out them

Dave, I love your Silver Spigot. I'm a big fan of those and I'm always looking for another. Enjoy the heck out of it

I just got this Peterson 106, 2018 Christmas Pipe. I reeeaally love the copper plating matched with the red briar. Really excited to try it with a fresh tin of Sam Gawith Full Virginia flake!

Here's my Peterson 999, 2018 Christmas pipe. She's an absolute joy to smoke. This is a fresh picture of her loaded up with some G&H Rum Twist and covered with my new wind cap.

I would like to share my one and only Peterson, is the last acquisition to my small collection, I have been trying to identify it with out too much luck as far as I could find could be a pre republic due to the stamp and the logo in the stem, the full stamp script is Peterson's Meerschaum Lined MADEIN IRELAND 53 I already saw all the pics in this thread but could not see another like mine, if anyone can help with the date of production of any comment related will be great
