Out of all the awesome songs on all the awesome albums they put out, for some reason 'Bike' really stuck with me. It's just silly enough.

Please allow me to adjust my pants,
so that I may dance the good time dance,
and put all the on-lookers and inocent bystanders into a trance.

@Seanz: ever seen Australian Pink Floyd?

No, my name is spelled 'Luxury Yacht' but it's actually pronounced 'Throatwobbler Mangrove'.

Wow, really. Your mention of the loss of your LP's is so very familiar.
Mid 70's, dredgy end of a day full of mind altering, experiences, and I wander in to the back room where my stereo was setup.
Good buddy Mike, Big Mike cuz he was a monster, was sitting cross legged on the floor stacking all of my albums one atop the next. Of course in order to keep them stacked he'd struck upon the novel idea of drizzling candle wax on each record before placing the next one, and the next one...

    I just walked away.

Animals is my all around fav album. As a matter of fact, I think I'm going to listen to that to go to sleep tonight.

One of the best compliments I ever got was having some of my music compared to "animals". Their best album imho

Grab "Live at Pompeii", it has some fantastic versions of songs they rarely, if ever played in the later years (Echoes). I listened to it in the car last night driving home to MD from NY, great solitary car music.

I'll break out the Floyd LP's once I get the stereo system tweaked some more.

" I'm talking about the kind of sound you can feel. When it comes to great stereo you can't beat big speakers, I'm talking about big speakers with big woofers."
