Take a nice FAT loaf of Italian bread, slice it so it’s about ¾ inch slices, spread spicy mustard all over it add a slice of provolone and cheddar cheese and sliced roast beef...

Tri-tip no bbq sauce , with baby swiss on ciabatta with stone ground mustard and homemade mayo with a touch of horsey and real tomatos from the garden . Then a bowl of Rattrays to finish .

I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me.

Sometimes, nothing beats plain old pimento spread on two slices of bread with hot sauce and a pickle on the side.

I usually put the pimento spread on crackers too, just sometimes on a sandwich.

My favorite way to eat them on crackers is with a little bit of ground habanero and hot sauce. Plus a bite of pickle here & there. Townhouse or a good whole wheat cracker are much better than saltines.

I was chopping the dried habaneros on a cutting board with a chef's knife until I took a McCormick peppercorn grinder apart and stuck pieces of dried pepper in it.

Art, I'll take that on wheat please...

Brazz, I had to look that one up... Sound interesting...

Fluffernutter: From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"A fluffernutter is a sandwich made with peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Its name comes from the common use of "Marshmallow Fluff" brand marshmallow creme.[1] It is particularly popular in the Northeastern United States and has been proposed as the official Massachusetts state sandwich.[2]

A fluffernutter is made by spreading peanut butter on a slice of white bread, then spreading an equal amount of some kind of marshmallow (small, large or cream) on another slice, and finally combining them together to form a sandwich. Variations of the recipe include wheat bread instead of white, and the addition of bananas, honey, or other ingredients that are compatible with peanut butter.

In June 2006, Massachusetts State Senator Jarrett Barrios gained national attention when he proposed legislation restricting the serving of fluffernutter sandwiches in public schools. The proposal was widely mocked as an example of trivial and overly intrusive legislation, while Barrios supporters pointed to concerns over the problem of childhood obesity.[3]"

A open faced toasted hamburger bun, topped with two thick hamburger patties (30% fat), topped with chili con carne without beans, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped yellow onions. Dos XX of course.

    OR...

Lightly toasted caroway rye, corned beef, saur kraut, Swiss cheese, Mickey D's secret sauce (otherwise known as 1000 Island dressing), a bread and butter pickle slice and potatoe chips. A light German beer of your choice.

    OR...

Two eggs scrambled dry mixed with 3 tablespoons of Miricle Whip and a tablespoon of sweet pickle relish on white bread. Milk.

I've always been crazy but it's kept me from going insane.

That is a classic, but it has to be holiday turkey for the best "samitch"!
