I'm no good at putting pictures up- but I just nabbed an apple shaped Brebbia for cheap in eBay. Got what I paid for...the pictures were well taken to sell it: it's much uglier in person! A complete lack of grain, plenty of fills, more tooth wear than apprarrent, and the stem fits loose.
Since I got this thing for less than $20, and I like the shape, I'm debating stripping it down, rusticating, restaining, and having a new stem made. Worth it, or no?

Tarak-I've had plenty of pipes that were lacking and took the leap ,stripped and rusticated. Its your pipe if you think it would be more appealing with a little work I say go for it.

Here's a few I've done well worth the time in my opinion.

It doesn't sound like much of a pipe as it is, so I'd go ahead and make any improvements you can. At the least, you'd learn as you go along, and if you made a few good choices, you might make the pipe a friend for life.
