Hats off to my friends at Laudisi Enterprises, who replaced my Rossi Rubino with the bubbling finish at no charge.
I had purchased the original pipe from a B&M store in Memphis, and the finish began bubbling up after the first smoke.
The new pipe smokes wonderfully, and the finish remains intact. You can't beat a distributor who stands behind the product.
