Good day all. My brother-in-law picked me up a small meerschaum at an antique shop last Christmas. The pipe is a bit of a mess though, dirty, charred rim, and it doesn't look to have been cleaned from the inside. Does anyone have any resources (books, websites) in their back pocket that discuss step-by-step, piece by piece, the process to totally restore a pipe (in general, but specifically meerschaum in this case). It seems that I've seen scattered advice on how to do certain aspects, but no comprehensive guides...
