It appears the Black Mallory is safe from the chopping block. I've heard it compared to BS and FR but apparently there is no top-note that the BS/FR share. Anyone smoke both or all three and have a comparative opinion to offer?

Because there is no top note they are very different in my opinion. That's really what makes it unique though, the top note.

Amplifying hawk's comments, I can add that the BM's characteristic Rattray Cavendish is quite prominent, muting the LatBomb effect of the excellent BengalS and FR. My Top300 Cellar has the latter two, but not so the Rattray.
Are you near Wilmington, DE much? If so, we could run a taste test side by side.
