Rattray's And K&K, Greg L Pease And C&D

The way I understand the relationship between these pairs is that Rattray’s blends are produced based on Rattray’s original formulations by Kohlase & Kopp and then packaged up for Rattray's. Same for GLP being "blended" and packaged by C&D for Greg. Yes?

Rattray's first turned over the manufacture to Robert McConnell and after McConnell manufacture was taken over by K&K.
Greg's blends have always been manufactured by C&D

Rattray's and GLP still "own" the blends? Correct?

Pretty sure Kopp owns Rattray’s. As production has changed, so have the blends albeit slightly in some cases. In Greg’s case, it seems safe to assume, ( after the details he made available about the breakup of Friedman &Pease), that he has ownership of his recipes but he may not have any control over the leaf.
