Questions on Brands

hey all! i just ordered a couple of tins of tobacco online (i live in Canada, the prices here are outrageous). i had no idea what to buy so i picked a couple of kinds at random, Cornell & Diehl Blockade Runner and John Aylesbury Virgina Blend. im just wondering if anyone has smoked these brands and their thoughts on them. thanks!

I have not smoked either of those blends. I have smoked a lot of C&D, however, and they have top-notch blends - very high quality tobaccos. I know nothing about John Aylesbury.

Have you looked at tobaccoreviews.com? Very valuable resource. The best way to use it is to find some blends you have smoked, and find a reviewer whose tastes match yours. Ohter reviews of his might help lead you to other blends you might enjoy. : puffy

First off, welcome aboard! I haven't smoked either of those. I can say this much about C&D blends though, I've never found one yet that I didn't like.
