I picked up a KB&B "Country Club" bent billiard yesterday in from an antique mall. It has a "KB&B" stamp on the shank, as you can see in the photo. The stem is rounder than usual, especially at the button. I assume it to be Bakelite due to its lack of oxidation, but it could be vulcanite. It's a nice little pipe, but it does have a few small and well-hidden fills.
Any information regarding dating this pipe and its collectibility would be appreciated.

Starting around 1915-1924 Kaywoodie was a conglomeration of KB&B branded pipes. They have more names than websites show. It's more than likely from that period. Starting in 1924 Kaywoodie consolidated and all pipes were Kaywoodie over KB&B, until they started the Yello-Bole sub-brand. Collectible, but not the best quality. From 1919-1924 Kaywoodie really got their shit together and produced beautiful pipes.
