Hi Les,
Portland is pretty thin. There is a shop down on the waterfront, and Dad's Smoke Shop in Biddeford is trying hard, but both are heavily geared towards cigars.
I wish I could remember the name of the place down on the water, I know there is pretty good signage in front of the shop, shouldn't be hard to find. Both places have a lounge, Dad's ususally has better conversation.

No, I think that is all glass pipes. I'm going to search my memory banks and see if I can come up with a name......

Old Port Wine and Cigar, on Commerce St. Apparently, no more smoking in there, and cigars only, according to my brother in law. Still, as long as you're there, it should be a nice stop.
