Does plume start in the tin or in the mason jar? Does it produce faster in one than another?

    It can start in either.

    What CE said.

The correct term is "bloom", as "plume" is a shape—and some times bloom takes that shape. But others will disagree, and most everyone is fine with calling it either.

    Are you experiencing same?

I know that you believe you understood what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
