Hi all,
I'm in the market for a pipe bag. Must be able to fit two pipes, a tin of tobacco, pipe cleaners, a tool and a lighter. I'd prefer for it not to be made out of leather if possible (I'm thinking nylon?).
Can you show me what you use even if it's leather? I don't find the pictures on some of the online retailers particularly helpful with what's inside the bag and how everything will fit!
Thanks in advance!

It is leather but holds everything you need for a night out.

I've seen many nice ones, but after thirty years I just can't find need of one. Pipe in the shirt pocket, tins and supplies in jacket pockets.

I'm like Embers when it comes to this. Although I have a secondhand bag it doesn't get used much. I find my Filson vest is particularly accommodating for this use. Everything but the pipe slips down out of view, the photo is just to show where everything fits.

I should have mentioned I'm doing some travelling (planes) and wanted something I could keep it all together.

Not exactly what you are asking for (but none of my posts are really helpful are they?), but someone posted a while back using a sunglasses case to transport a pipe or two. I know you are looking for a whole lot, but in a pinch the case might work for you.

For a two-pipe bag, it's hard to beat the Peterson Classic Large Pipe bag. These pop up a lot on Ebay.

Great stuff. I am not organized -or neat enough- to use one of those bags.
As an example, here's my bag ready to roll to a pipe show....

I have about 18,497 pipe bags. give or take. This is the one I take EVERYWHERE I go. I picked it up off Etsy from "Field Work. it's waxed duck cloth and it is perfect for my day out. It hold two pipes, I generally take three counting the one on my mouth when I walk out the door, and everything I need. The roll up tobacco pouch belonged to my late grandfather and it fits nicely into the pouch and then the pouch rolls up with a leather strap to secure it.

8O A bit forward, and I'm quite bashful, but ok....
Here's mine, a Northwest Gentlemen bison leather pipe roll. I use it often, fits two large pipes. It will hold a tobacco pouch (or a bag of your favorite tobacco), lighter, tamper, a small tin for mints or more tobacco, and has a removable leather pipe rest.
