Just did two rounds of ordering on P&C website. Went right through to the next to last screen, clicked to place my order and -no dice. I got sent back to the screen to enter all my order info again. Called customer service and they said "Order did not go through" (didn't want a double charge). So I tried putting everything in again and when I hit "order" - Bingo! Back to the info input screen. So no order for me. No fathers day discount either. Is this happening to anyone else or is it just my lucky day?

The only 'problem' I've had was a recent order of Rimboche a.b. for 16 oz that came in marked 14 oz.

I'm thinking maybe I got an old (read aged!) bag.?

I don't know if I'll call and collect on the other 2 oz. yet. I haven't opened it, or tried that blend, yet.

the fathers day sale is not working. just tried it. It doesn't remove the price of the third tin. this is without the 25% code entered, just in case one cancels the other.

The father's Day Sale was a 48 hour event which has expired. The ordering issue could be a problem with the browser. If you have more than one browser on your device, try using the other one.

I wish a browser could solve my problem with customer service. Just made a fourth call in the last month or so to see if my return had been processed yet (which reached them on March 28th). Same old story. They are backed up - now 2.5 months. Hmm, March 28th to today seems to be about 2.5 months. I couldn't talk to a supervisor because she is busy (no doubt) but I will receive a call from her shortly. I've been told that before, too. I guess the P & C solution to customer problems is wear us out. It won't work! Now I am getting mad. :evil:

ok thanks. just so youre aware it still comes up if you click on the link to some tins. in fact you can still view and add items to the cart from the fathers day sale page. otherwise no problem. My sunday order was at my door yesterday!

@ elpfeife ... If your problem has lasted that long I would use this email that was put out by P&C's big boss weeks ago, and I have posted here before. I got fast results myself from it. customerissues@cigarsinternational.com You can't beat the price anywhere of a 25% discount, if you spend $150.

With how often I see posts about issues with P&C why do people keep going back to them? I've never personally ordered from them, and from the things I've heard I don't think I'd want to try.

I don't see what me being new here has to do with seeing many posts about issues with P&C and the complaints about them. I just asked why some people keep going back to them even when they complain about them.

His point is that many folks have ordered from them without problem. And being new, you may not have seen some of the threads where folks discuss their satisfaction with P&C. At least that is how I interpreted the post.
