Article seemed like I wrote it, ( of course I couldn't write a letter much less an article for PM) but the thoughts and sentiments are exactly the same.

I agree with the article wholeheartedly. I have pipes I never smoke yet I'm sentimentally attached in some way. I could never let them go.

My local independent pipe shop owner and I have a minor game we play. As I look at the pipes

on display he asks me if I see anything I like, and I tell him I'm looking for a pipe I DON'T like.
