While not in downtown, I can strongly recommend the Carrousel Tobacco Shoppe at 7979 Reading Road (513.821.5350). This little shop is a pleasant throwback to the heydays of pipes and tobaccos. It is in an area which is somewhat down at the heels, but the owner is delightful and knowledgeable, and the selection of tobaccos good. Further, he has (or did have during my last visit there in May of this year) a good selection of estate pipes.
