Pipe Repairs (Advice Needed) URGENTLY

I have a few pipes that would like to get the following done to:
a) Change Stem from Vulcanite

b) Open up flow
I live in the Caribbean, so I want a "Pipe Mechanic" who is:

USA Based

Fast Turnaround

Reliable

Wont loose my pipe in his shop

Reasonably Priced

Is extremely dedicated and proud of his craft, so I don't get a blotched Job

I haven't used anybody, so I can't make recommendations from experience.

The only time that I have had to have a pipe repaired, I used Norwood's. The link to their site is: http://www.norwoodspiperepair.com/
They did great work at a great price and had very fast turn around time. I would definitely use them again.
