Our Featured Interview on The Pipes Magazine Radio Show tonight is with Pipe Maker Mark Price. Mark has only been making pipes for a short time. However, as a former cabinet maker, and with the tutelage from several high-profile pipe makers, he quickly became skilled enough to be one of the winners in the Kansas City Club's carving contest this year. In "Pipe Parts", Brian will talk about the different types of tobacco strains and varieties. Later, he will talk about his vacation to Disney World.

Mark is an absolute gentleman and a delight to talk to. Ought to be a good show for that reason alone.
Shop-wise, his ability to "create with his hands what his mind sees" is notable even among pipe makers; and the TALENT part---what his mind is capable of seeing---is extraordinary.
What's that? Words are cheap, you say? The eighth pipe Mark ever made in his life made it to the semi-final round of the 2014 KC Carving Contest. 8O
