I have a question about a pipe maker, I'm having trouble finding any information about the company. My pipe that I got from the local tobacco store says Gefapip, from stephanie, france and it has a p on the stem. Help?

This is all I can see in a cursory search of Gefapip tobacco pipes.
Gefapip Maker's Mark
Everything seems to say "maker unknown"; might be a small one man or woman operation in France.
And, there seems to be a number of them listed either currently or in the recent past on eBay, all are estate pipes. I saw no reference for new ones.
One post did say it was a "lousy smoker" however; more said it was a great smoker.
There are probably other members that have more "first hand" knowledge.

Thanks, I found it odd that it said "maker unknown". I just wish there was more information out there about the pipe.
