Here are two new Spigots to add to the stable. Love the Spigots!!

One a Peterson Red Spigot 03 and the other is a Peterson Celtic Ebony Spigot 68.

The Red is currently being broken in with Rattray's Old Gowrie

Gorgeous! The metalwork on Peterson spigots is really well done. I have a number of spigots with Les Wood mounts. I actually prefer the look of the Peterson spigots.

Congrats, Ash! They certainly are nice. I've been itching for another Peterson spigot myself. If I can't find another hard to find I've been looking for soon, I may settle for another spigot instead.

Edit to add: Almost forgot... Enjoy the heck out of them!

Very nice. I am always jealous of spigots. They are that one pipe I can't seem to find the right one.

Awesome pipes! You're really making me want to find a spigot now!

I have several Petersons which I enjoy very much. Your spigots are very handsome. Where might I find some like that?

These two came from Ebay and both were Buy It Now bargains. I never bid on anything anymore on Ebay its either Buy It Now or Make Offer.

What I like about these pipes is that they express the two main styles of Peterson Spigots. I really like the 68 style Spigot. The lines are just stunning.

Nice pair! (Last time I said that I nearly got my face slapped.)

I know that you believe you understood what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

I just looked on eBay for "Pipe spigots" and found lots of pipes with spigots but no spigots sold separately. Am I looking for the wrong thing?

These spigots are so nice that I think I will finally need to start looking at Peterson’s.

Never seen spigots that weren't part of a pipe. And unless you're really handy with fine pipe repairs, I'd not attempt to convert a pipe to a spigot configuration. HTH.

Tim did they come as a pair?

I like the red staining on the top one, and normally I'm not drawn to those. Very nice acquisitions!

Sorry, I misunderstood. Spigot refers to the pipe and fancy stem as a unit. I thought you had purchased the stems separately.

Mike, two separate purchases that arrived on the same day. I figured I'd show them both at the same time after placing them next to each other right out of the boxes. I liked the contrasting colors and differences in spigots. See here were are.

It is cool to see the contrast between the hardware styles. I really like the look of the 03, more sturdy, while the 68 has a very utilitarian look, in a good way.

Not one, but TWO new spigots? You decadent capitalist... seriously nice acquisitions. That 03 is majestic, I freaking love that shape with a spigot.
