So the Command Sergeant Major (CGM) that I serve with here otherwise known as my wife lol. Told me to pick a pipe, within certain limits, and that is my Christmas present from her. What a women, lucky dog am I! I have always wanted a Peterson Walnut Spigot 68. Plus I knew where one was and I snagged up with no hesitation! I only have one picture but I am quite pleased to share it with you. I fell in love with this pipe on sight. The grain is gorgeous, the spigot just glows, and my personal favorite shape of any pipe maker in the Peterson 68! Win, win. I will update with more pictures when it arrives.

Nice Christmas present! The 68 is my second favorite Peterson shape, next to the Mark Twains; mix that with a spigot -- and you've got the potential for a very happy holiday season!

I've owned a green spigot 68...a classic shape and a great pipe for Nightcap.
Enjoy.

I did not know they made a Twain spigot...
Oops, my bad. I didn't mean to write that previous post so confusing.
The Mark Twain shape doesn't come in a spigot.
However, I do love the Peterson 68 shape, and am glad that it comes in a spigot. ... though it would be cool if the Mark Twain did as well.
D@mn, that is still confusing. You know what... just ignore me.

Update: Have some porn of my new Spigot 68!!
Thanks Jeffery, I tracked on your comment lol.
ssjones thank you, I am with you damn spell check I know what I am typing lol!!
I have been smoking this pipe now for 5 days and everything is perfect with this one! Usually my Pete's take a while to break in, but this one has not. I cannot explain that either. But it smokes cool and sweet already....any suggestions on why that is I would appreciate because I am baffled lol. Not complaining though. I love the grain, I sit there and puff contendly away and sit there and look at it. It is like a wind blew through the grain and it swirlled the grain and then it was frozen in time. I love Peterson pipes, always have once I found them, the Spigot series I was floored by! I loved them and wanted one. But the shapes were not the 68 until recently. Once I looked at this one I knew it would be mine. One Pipe to rule them all, One Pipe to find them,

One Pipe to bring them all and in the Nirvana bind them.

In the Land of Vahallia where the heroes lie. (Yes, I changed the original, literary license) Or...something like that lol! It intrigues me. Enough gushing now for pictures!!
