At last I have my Xms 106 and it is magnificent. The copper is much deeper than the photos indicate, the blast reveals deep grain emphasized by the holiday red stain. Magnifique!

I know the copper was a bit polarizing. I think it looked quite nice. How does it smoke?

May you enjoy it in good cheer! Perhaps the copper will develop a nice patina over time. Judging from the photos I've seen these are some handsome pipes.

I picked up an x105 when they first came out. The bowl tended to get warm but after a dozen or so smokes, that has gone away and it is an excellent smoker.

I grabbed the Pete Xmas01. It just arrived this weekend. Love the pipe. It is perfect and I love the deep copper color, as Sparrow pointed out. Just can't quit smoking it.

I've been very impressed with mine. It's a beautiful pipe and smokes great as well. I posted a pic in the last thread about these but here it is again for anyone curious.
