Parts to complete a Spigot mount

Can anyone point me towards an outlet for the metal parts required to make a Spigot mount or even an Army mount stem for the briar I am wanting to finish?

Those items are spun from flat discs of metal for each pipe, not manufactured in advance.
The best you'll be able to do is scrounge old parts.
