How similar do these taste? I'm debating stocking up on some and like the price of the PS Navy but am wondering if the GS is worth the extra cost.

While they are similar, I don't think one would struggle to differentiate the two. I don't get much perique at all in OGS. Would wonder if there is any perique. I think the Virginia in OGS provides a more distinct citrus flavor. Someone else though may say they think they're the same blends.

To me OGS is a much more bright, grassy smoke while the LNF is more bold, sweet smoke. This is of course, relative to each other. One would struggle to ever call LNF "bold" in any other context.

LNF also has a casing that tastes like the way a new pair of cowboy boots fresh out of the box smell. OGS doesn't have a distinct casing aroma.

When I can get it I prefer Escudo over the Luxury Navy Flake. OGS is another fine everyday summer season smoke to me.
