Finished this pipe yesterday out of Orchid Wood.

Not for smoking,display only.

The fish hook looking scar is an actual recess flaw in the wood.

That is very nice! I am contenplating whether or not I'd like to make pipes myself.

Got some of the tools needed but the time and money for the other tools is where I get stuck.

Thanks.I did them in the afternoon around 4. Tools are a dermal knock off with flex shaft,

a spiral cutter and a barrel cutter, hand drill, bits and tapered bur cutting bits,

Bench drill for polishing. all from Harbor freight except the knock off.

Orchid wood seems to lower blood reading for Diabetics if the wood I was given was true

Orchid wood. Ether way-no way. Came from brother-in-law.
