That'd be a tough choice, though, since my wife doesn't care for it all that much and if I'm down to a few hours left to live...I'd be smoking it and umm....having relations at the same time. :lol:
I'm a great multi-tasker if pressed for time. :P

To be perfectly honest with you, I'd be doing something far more pleasurable than smoking a pipe if I was told I only had X hours to live.
However, to go with the question, I'd be smoking the biggest bowl Peterson House pipe I could get my hands on and some Players Navy Cut.
