At that price I am surprised it didn't sell. The pictures were pretty terrible but all the same. Starting at $12.50 you could smoke it 5 times and get your money's worth....
I agree with the comment about the photos here and in general on Ebay. Some sellers really go the distance to show the item; others seem to make do with whatever their phone camera captures.
I very much like that pipe and the starting bid would not put me off. But the inability to properly assess the pipe's condition from those photographs is a non-starter.

Flintlock that's the best looking grain I've seen on one. I've had eight of them I used for practicing refinishing, and they averaged about $10. 8)
I agree. Almost any camera phone today can take much better pictures than those, it just takes a little preparation. It did get relisted.
