My wife and I are heading to Ocho Rios in February and wondering if anyone know of a B+M there? I'm sure there will be cigars readily available but should I pack a few tins of Capstan in my luggage?

It's been a long while since I was there, and I didn't smoke a pipe at the time, so I can't say for sure about a B&M.
But Ocho Rios is a beautiful place!
I'd love to go back some day.
Be sure and climb the waterfall while you're there, it's quite an experience!
Oh, and hang on when you ride the busses, which you'll most likely have to do, it's a wild ride!

Of the many things available to smoke in Jamaica pipe tobacco is the rarest to find. As pete03 said, take the tour of Dunn's River Falls and the Blue Mountains for the best, and most expensive, coffee in the world. Enjoy your trip.
Maybe you might take a much larger supply of tobacco, and sell some, or trade some. It might be worth more than the money itself.
If you would want a cigar, avoid those purported to be Cuban. There are 10 Cuban fakes for every one that is genuine, and from what I know these are standard carry in overseas vacation spots.
