nording stem needed

I have a 60s or 70s Nording pipe in need of a stem. it is a flattened diamond shape, you now the wide flat nording stem slightly curved. I dont have one to copy so i need the name of a high quality repair shop that can make me a high quality new stem.

Good. The shop I just sent it to sent it back without drilling the tenon air hole!! and besides that the subtle angles caused by the diamond shape (I see what his challenge was but the slight ridge top and bottom caused by the flattened diamond) came back unsymetrical and the overall finish was polished over rough pits due to lack of proper finishing. What can I say, poor results. Normally Id send something back but this shop obviously cant do good work so Im investing in another stem.
