Hey all. I'm wondering if anyone has a Nording Sailor. It looks pretty cool in a radiator pipe kind of way, but reviews are VERY hard to find.

I find all my Nordings, including an econo-pipe Eriksen bent billiard, and others more upmarket, rock solid and excellent all around. I don't have a Sailor, but I assume they are of that ilk. When I've shopped them, I am drawn to the higher level pipes, but I would expect a good pipe from anywhere in the Nording line.

I have often wondered about the sailor too. They aren't very expensive (as pipes go) so I really ought to get one - I think that if I did, I would use it for Condor or one of the blends that tend to ghost pipes.

I like the Nording Sailor pipes very much. I used one for a couple years when fishing. They hold a wind cap nicely and break down with ease. Advantage is the low maintenance and if you drop it on the boat, it won't break your heart. Mine didn't last more than two years and then I upgraded to a Tsuge Tankard pipe for fishing and I like that system even better. http://pipesmagazine.com/forums/topic/tsuge-tankard-style-pipes-they-serve-a-purpose

Recently, I got a Nording Eriksen Keystone pipe. I LOVE this pipe! It is my new favorite outdoor pipe. The keystone filter rocks works great to keep down moisture and I can pack this in my fishing bag with ease. https://www.danishpipeshop.com/l/Pipes/Noerding-Pipes-/-p2/ and https://www.danishpipeshop.com/d/Eriksen-Keystone-filter-pipe-orange-rustic-i1489.html

I also really want an Eltang Sailor pipe (Popeye). A good friend smokes one and loves it.https://www.danishpipeshop.com/l/Pipes/Sailor-Pipes-

And I like the Vesterholm lolipop pipe also. It is only 20 grams and super easy to clench. I don't have one yet, but I have handled them personally and plan to own one soon when I meet with Jon later this summer.https://www.danishpipeshop.com/d/Jon-Vesterholm-Lollipop-shape-Sand-i247.html
