I am planning to smoke PS LBF in my own made pipe(from Danish pre drilled block) on new year's day 2015.

It is first time smoke on this pipe. Every year I'm gonna make a new pipe and smoke new year's day. Here is some Pics.

Perhaps... It's 5 1/2" length,2 1/2" high,1 7/8" width. 3 to 4 coins of PS LBF goes in.

JA Luxury Flake! ***** Virginia danish mixture in a lovats. Might be my choice if I have it now. My Avarta is a bJARNE LOVATS.

Hope be healthy and be happy in 2015. ***VIVA LAS VEGAS!!!***

I'll probably smoke another bowl of Odin's Wind in my Mark Twain cob, and then consider writing up a review. Then I'll probably try some Eric the Red and see how the Slurpee/Starburst cherry aroma translates when smoked... :D

I agree, that birds eye is brilliant, great looking pipe
Edit:- I would start the New Year with Sutliff Private Stock - "Mountain Pass". Be like passing through the mountain onto the next (one year onto the next)

That is a gorgeous pipe! You should be proud, and I hope it smokes great for you.
One of the site sponsors - Pipetobacco.com - is having a 25% off sale on select Pipes ... so I just picked up a Northern Briars Regal Rox Cut Billiard Pipe (at a very reasonable price) to celebrate the new year ... should arrive early next week.

I've become a bit of a Cooper pipe fan. So for new years eve, my Cooper Billiard with a newly opened year old tin of Penzance, and new years day my Cooper 1/4 bent brandy with something yet to be determined. Most likely an English blend like Squadron Leader or EMP.
Happy New Year to everyone. Don't make any resolutions you can't keep!

I closed out the year with some MM965 in a GBD 9242, acquired last year, which was the #1 pipe on my 3 year "Holy Grail" list. A Comoys 499 is on deck for the first pipe of 2015.
