New Stanwell Vario (Pic Heavy)

My Stanwell Vario arrived yesterday from smokingpipes.com. It is a Stanwell 52, kind of a billiard shape. This is my first new Stanwell, and I am really excited about it. I really like the look of the partially sandblasted, partially smooth.

I haven't smoked it yet, but will start breaking it in tonight. Are there any suggestions for breaking in a Stanwell? I've broken in several Boswell's, and 2 Petersons, so I'm assuming the process is the same.

Nice pipe, I like the partial blast, and especially when the blast is done in black. Super look when done the way yours is finished.

Can't go wrong with a Stanwell. Just purchased a Vario 83 last week on ebay and it smokes great!
