Just got this Stanwell, looks great and is very clean, but I have one question regarding condition. Is the bottom filled in with "pipe mud" or similar repair material, and if so, is there anything I should be aware of while smoking or cleaning? Or, is that something else, perhaps a result of thorough cleaning? Sorry for the image quality, I'm using the best tools I have available at the moment.

It's estate. And I'm afraid I've made a pretty silly mistake-taking the picture and posting before sending a Q tip down and seeing if it's removeable. Don't know what it was, maybe something left from cleaning, but it rubs right off to reveal a healthily caked bowl. And here I thought the bottom of the bowl was just that color. My mistake!
