I haven't had much luck on Ebay and I really need to add some quality to my collection of pipes. For the price it had to be better than what I have.
Found it on Smokingpipes.com and have been wanting a bulldog and I really liked the bent. It's not a huge pipe but it has a vulanite stem as opposed to the cheap plastic of my basket pipes.
It had a stinger on it that really blocked up the draw so I popped it out and it is nice and open.
I still need to add some more quality and will keep hunting. I think a meerschaum or a freehand next.

Nice pipe! I have one similar to that one. Can't go wrong with a Tsuge!!

Reminds me of my own bent bulldog that I got new for $7.50, a lot of money at for me back in the 60's, directly from Dr. Grabow as part of some special coupon promotion and that included the shipping. It was supposed to be the best top shelf pipe they ever made at the time. It has a smooth stained finish too and the wood grain and birdseye are spectacular.

It's in my now-famous "lost moving box" with a bunch of other pipes somewhere in storage at one of three places.

    That's a nice looking pipe.

You won't regret having a meerschaum, mine is a great smoke.

Seriously though I do have a pretty good eye for good pipes at very good prices as do many of the guys here. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
