I don't know if it was the subliminal, seductive power of the slowly changing ad on this page, the observation by dubinthedam on youtube that this was a great deal, or a pretty severe case of PAD, but smokingpipes.com just delivered a very nice Peterson Gold Mounted Supreme Straight Grain 606 P-Lip today. It joins a recently purchased estate Cavicchi, 1 C.

That Cavicchi is beautiful.

The Peterson is the highest grade peterson makes.

The Cavicchi, although not my style, is a handsome pipe indeed.
