The Official Collectible New Orleans Pipe Show Pipe has been added to the website under the "Register/Shop" tab...its a rare golden Morta billiard made by master Morta Pipe Carver Davorin Denovic...it had a brass band that is stamped "New Orleans Pipe Show 2015" and on the other side it is numbered "x/25". The pipe comes with a beautiful leather sock and Morta tamp...there are only 25 of these available...The pipes will be available for "pick-up" at the show, or it can be shipped if your not attending the show...more pictures available on the website http://www.nolapipeshow.com

Nice looking pipe, didn't know there was such a thing as golden Morta. The color is very striking. Are the stems hand cut or molded?

I know what I need, smoke, I can't recall the last time I tasted it....Gandalf in the mines of Moria.

"we shall have to share pipes, as good friends must at a pinch'....'I keep a treasure or two near my skin, as precious as rings to me. Here's one: my old wooden pipe. And here's another an unused one...He held up a small pipe with a wide flattened bowl, and handed it to Gimli. 'Does that settle the score between us', said Merry. 'Most noble hobbit, it leaves me deep in your debt."

They are all hand cut stems...every pipe is hand made including the stems that are individually cut to match perfectly for each pipe....golden Morta is very rare...black is the oldest and most common, then copper and then gold...

Well done, I've never seen a Golden Morta, the details are terrific. Maybe the 2nd year show pipe will be a bent!
I hope Bradley makes it to the show, I'd love to meet him.

Plans are to attend, got a room at Harrahs, wife will pull the one armed bandits and I am thrilled to meet some of the fine folks. The Perique trip for me will be a Highlight as I worked with one of the Farmers at Exxon, Jake Martin, might meet one of his relatives. Hope to see you"ll at the Show.

Me and the wife will be there, and doing the perique tour. The tour is exciting but I'm looking forward to adding a few new pipes to break in with my mixture from the tour.
