I got this pipe yesterday from Bethlehem, Pa maker Juan Urquiza. Juan is a very talented maker and a member of our local pipe club. The unfinished morta works beautifully with the Cumberland stem.

I love Juans shaping and stemwork, that dude has some talent! Love the grey color as well, pretty damn distinctive.

Morta is variously colored from brown through black, with black the oldest, ranging from 1035 to 8290 years. Don't know the answer but the OP says the pipe is unfinished while the FAQ suggests it is less old than black morta.
