That stem, on any other pipe, I'd probably hate :rofl: But it makes that particular pipe dang near perfect! I love it!

Thanks guys. I normally HATE colored stems. In this rare case, I think it does set off the shape well. I can't wait to watch it color. 8O
The stem reminds me of those porcelain pipes from, I want to say Holland? Strange how on a briar pipe it would clash too much but on that meer it just fits.
