First off I bought this Benton pipe on the bay. Not sure what this shape would be called, maybe a calabash? The pipe is resting against a pipe rest I made out of a piece of cedar.

Here are some ammo tappers I made out of driftwood.

The flash on my camera kind of ruined some of the shots. I'm very proud of that pipe rest. I hand carved hole where the pipe sets.

Thanks everyone. Don't know if anyone would want to buy anything. Honestly never thought of selling anything. Just do it for my own enjoyment.

God, I hope neither! Just some sort of rustification or sandblasting. Honestly, didn't see it when I purchased the pipe. I kinda like it though. It's a very good smoker by the way.

Never heard of the brand or saw it in a store before, and now that I have it, I have seen about 5 of them. I think the guy I bought it from said it originally cost 60 dollars. I paid a fourth of that so I am happy.

Nice! I really like the color of that pipe rest,is it natural or did you stain it?

Actually I was cleaning out my aunt's garage and found a really old can of stain. Probably 40 years or so. It's called Valspar Kleartone 44 honey maple. It turned out to be very beautiful so I decided to use it on the rest. I then put a coat of polyurethane on it.
