Welcome. You may be new here but it is obvious that have experience in the hobby. That is a glorious collection. Thanks for getting my morning drool going. Now, what d you usually smoke in them?

Beautiful collection! The one that popped out and caught my eye is in the top picture, far right; second from bottom in the second picture. Looks to be unsmoked. If I were to buy a Dunhill it would be one like that.

Well, it's a nice enough collection I suppose. But, to be brutally honest, it lacks, well, diversity.
Why don't you send me -- let's see -- that dark-stained cutty, and I'll send you a Dr. Grabow AND a cob in exchange.
(Yeah. That's the kind of helpful fellow I am.)

Welcome to the forums iamn8 - that's a great collection! I particularly like the Porsche hiding at the back; don't see many of them and with such a lovely patina.

Welcome iamn8! Great collection. I really like the little Shell Zulu. A shape I've never owned but long admired.

Welcome to the forum. That's quite the collection you have there, and while you may be new on the forum, you're obviously an experienced smoker whose postings here will be most welcome.

Nice! At least with Dunhills you know what you will get. I bought an expensive pipe last year that was not a Dunhill. It was by Adam Remington. A big mistake and I am turned off trying new brands because of it. It is a beautiful piece of briar and a tasty smoke, but the military type stem won't stay in. The pipe is far more of a nuisance than it is worth, so it just sits in a drawer.

I'm so sorry I haven't responded or posted! My other hobby has me occupied since the weather has been cooperative. Another passion of mine is astronomy and astrophotography, but seems weather might shift this weekend so I'll do the pipe thing then. I just nabbed a couple new Dunhills, really nice ones!!!!

Oh I also did something that shocked me!! I have one other non dunhill, a Porsche I picked up prior to Dunhill collecting. I honestly never thought I'd buy another non dunhill. However when I saw this pipe and it was love at first sight! It's a Jim Cooke, a stunner!!
