New dues to join United Pipe Clubs of America

Dues are now $5 to join United Pipe Clubs of America (UPCA). We have significantly lowered dues to get as many clubs to join UPCA as possible. So join the UPCA and help us (1) promote pipe clubs throughout the US, (2) promote pipe smoking contests, especially the US national competition, and (3) participate in the international level of pipe smoking as a member of the Comite International des Pipe Clubs (CIPC), which is sponsoring the 16th World Club Team Pipe Smoking Championship this October.

Unfortunately, UPCA is a federation of pipe clubs. Individual memberships have been a sticky issue that we have not discussed at all with the new dues structure. My first suggestion would be start a pipe club!!!! I'll raise the issue again of individual memberships or some kind of "club" individuals can belong to, like a virtual club.
