Scored a nice Butz-Choquin for $20 on Ebay. Started cleaning it up a bit and voila! The tenon dislodged from the stem. The previous owner said it had been repaired before, but now I have a tenon that I need to affix back into the stem. My question is what works best? I've heard epoxy is best, and others have said just use superglue. Any suggestions?

I would sand it very lightly and alcohol dry it before using superglue to make sure the surface is clean and rough. It should stick together forever.

I had the exact same thing happen to my Bari. I bought some Elmers epoxy (real simple, works just like regular glue). Fixed it perfectly - just don't use too much.
