That meer is fascinating! I think I could look at it all day!

The Ser Jacopo looks like a big hunk of wood. I love the grain, and how the paneling seems to bend it.

Nice acquisitions, congrats. :puffy:
ps. Thanks so much for making the effort to post those pix for us to enjoy.

I really like those. I know some folks dislike kit, but I think a panelled pipe can really look sharp if done right, as this one shows.

I really admire those silver spigot SJ's, yours is no exception! The Coral dot SJ's are supposed to be the ones to have, nicely done!

That Ser Jacopo looks like it would be a comfortable pipe to hold and hang from your jaw. I'd really like to see that one in person.

Someone in one of the threads asked me to post a pic of my pipes. Here's one of the meerschaum - one of the two that I've found from my 1970s pipe days.
Sorry, don't have anything to photograph them except a cell phone. Hope it represents itself well.

I like that SJ too. Don't have a bulldog (if that's the proper term for the shape.)

And I think we managed to hit all the various spellings of "Ser Jacopo".
All kidding aside, that Ser Jacopo is a beautiful pipe.
