Need Help: Stem Stuck

Hello all just new here and have a qustions

I got a 1976 Dunhill pipe condition is unsmoked Like a new in box! But i can't remove stem , stem is stuck can't move anything how i gonna do . Any need some advice thank you so much

Try putting it in the freezer for a little while. That trick helped me free up some stems from estates in the past.

There was a guy on here who Had a tenon piece stuck in the stem. He reported a light steaming helped remove it.

Smoke it a few times. Then see if you can gently twist the stem.

The freezer trick has worked for me quite a few times. Sometimes 5 minutes in the freezer will do the trick, sometimes longer. I left a pipe in the freezer for an hour once before it finally loosened up. But it does work.

One more vote for the freezer, or, if you're a patient sort, the refrigerator works fine, too.
