This one popped up on another forum and it's authenticity was questioned.

Pipepedia does show an unstamped Dunhill Military mount, but the Sterling collar is stamped as such. But not on this one. The shape number is also lacking in the silver.
No stamping on wood.

Silver markings:

Dunhill made in England

AD (in Diamond) [Lion] [Leopard head] [M] [925] 925
4102 : Shape

Smokingpipes had a similar pipe:

Any thoughts on this one? (I'm not a buyer, just curious)

I don't know enough about Dunhills to really make an educated response. However, the blasts are markedly different. Not sure this matters too much as to my knowledge, so many different things go into consideration with sandblasting (i.e. hardness of the briar and type of briar.) The font seems slightly different in the stamping on the mount itself. It'll be interesting to hear what some actual experts here think..

The smooth top doesn't seem correct. I don't think Dunhill did this with blasted pipes?
I did find another, identical 1992 pipe that has several points of difference.

Blasted top

Stem inner color solid black - the one in question is brown?

No size number - buffed off or a replacement stem?
Perhaps just a poorly restored original, which explains the low asking price.

It looks fishy to me. Walk away. I agree, the blast doesn't look up to par with Dunhill.

I'm not a Dunhill expert, but I see some red flags.

Dave Neeb would be a good one to ask. He has a Dunhill military mount up for sale on his site right now too.

For some reason, it appears that Dunhill made this particular pipe with no bowl stamping. The identical feature pipe has shown up on other reputable sites. I suspect it was some kind of special edition, perhaps a set? The ad does state the size number in a circle is on the bottom of the stem but not pictured. So, it seems if so, the stem would be original. A real mystery. Perhaps just a poorly restored pipe?

Nanking is a Chinese city where I was born and grow up.

Based on my knowledge, there is no Dunhill pipe factory in Nanjing.

Should be a forgery.
