I bought this from Jasongone. I wanted to show it to you guys and see if anyone has information on it. Underneath the word Stanwell, I think it says Reginald. But I'm not sure, It's really hard to make out. Anyone know anything about it?

No. Theres definitely a N in there. Plus theres no numbers. I'm gonna see if I can find a magnifying glass.
I looked at it under a magnifying glass. It's not Reginald, but I'm pretty sure it isn't registered either.
Possibly. I can barely read it with a magnifying glass, and I have pretty good eye sight. I don't wear glasses or anything. I'll have to see if my dad has a stronger magnifying glass.
I have seen alot of Stanwell pipes lately while looking feverishly for a HCA and I can say I didn't see a single one that looks quite like that one.Has a very unique bowl shape I like that pop you have there alot has a real cool shape and look about it.How does it smoke?

Pitchfork is probably right with the "Regd. No. 969-48", which is good for you because that puts your pipe in the primetime of Stanwell's golden years! More often than not, those old Regd.'s are very fine pipes!
It looks like a shape 09 designed by Sixten Ivarsson, or maybe a shape 90R,

It smokes like a dream. Best part is I got it from a guy on this forum for $15.
If it does, I can't read it. I can read Stanwell, and then re is something underneath it.

I think that might be it, but it looks like 966. I didn't see a dash with more numbers, it could be faded away. I also just noticed there is something else stamped on it, but I can only see the top half, and it's really faint.

He also gave me an old Monarch. It has a patent number on it, and one of the members traced back to around 1936 I believe.
