My Scottish Terrier Pipe Stand

Hello,
I've had this stand for quite a few years and searched the internet to find any information I can about it with little luck. Does anyone know when they were manufactured? Looking for any information on this stand I can find. All I know is I think it was made in Germany. Thanks for any help in advance.

I've never seen a stand like that before, very neat! Those flowers are very "edelweiss" like, an alpine flower an popular German decorative motiff. That stand looks able to handle a lot of different pipe types and sizes. I wouldn't call it a Scotty as Scotties/Westies ears always stand up. (I have half a dozen Scotty stands....) But, I would call it cool!
