Well this tin (and kingfisher) are the reasons I got into pipe smoking, I loved the tin art (of course at the time I was underage and coincidentally they were still being produced. Alas when I became of age the tobacco was no longer in production and I though all was lost. Well this TAD haul has made me very very happy. The one tin that is of the old stock and made in Denmark is marked at 1999 :D the others as you can see have the made in Denmark sharpied out. On the back it stats that it is now produced in the British Isles. So if anyone has any idea what is going on that would be great!

Seeing how pleased you were with it gunner, I ordered two tins myself. It's going to be a while before I get to cracking it open tho.
Congratz on the haul.

Pulled out my kingfisher and saw that it was blended in the British isles and even in the tin art it says made in British isles while the pelican tins all say made in Denmark on the actual tin.
